This site, harryllama.lucid-north.com, is operated by Lucid North, LLC to introduce Harry Llama, our substitute-coverage scheduling product, and to let you request a demo. The site has no user accounts and no login. There is nothing to sign up for here, so we collect far less than most sites do. This policy explains exactly what we collect, when, and why.

What we collect, and when

If you just browse: nothing identifiable, unless you accept analytics cookies. When you first visit, a cookie consent banner asks whether you allow analytics. Until you accept, analytics is off and no analytics scripts load.

If you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager collect usage data: the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and basic device and browser information. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

If you request a demo: the demo request form on this site is provided by Zoho Forms and is processed by Zoho on our behalf. It collects what you type into it: typically your name, work email, school or district, and a message. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you include in your email.

How we use your information

We use demo request submissions for one purpose: to respond to you and schedule your demo. We use analytics data, in aggregate, to see how the site is being used. That is the full list.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a consent banner (CookieConsent v3) that separates strictly necessary cookies from analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are off by default and only load after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time:

Who processes data on our behalf

• Zoho hosts and processes the demo request form.
• Google (Analytics 4 and Tag Manager) processes usage data, only after you consent.

Each processor handles your data under its own privacy terms and only to provide these services to us.

Your choices and data deletion

You can decline analytics cookies entirely and still use every part of this site. If you would like us to delete a demo request you submitted, or any other personal information we hold about you, email us and we will honor your request.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
