These terms govern your use of harryllama.lucid-north.com, a website operated by Lucid North, LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Harry Llama is

Harry Llama is a substitute-coverage scheduling product built by Lucid North, LLC for K-12 schools. The product is currently pre-launch. This website exists to describe it, share our research, and let you request a demo. It does not itself provide the scheduling service, and nothing on it creates a subscription or service agreement. Access to the product itself will be governed by a separate agreement with your school or district.

Using this site

You may browse the site, use the ROI calculator, and submit a demo request for your own evaluation of Harry Llama. You agree not to misuse the site: for example, by attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it at volume, submit false or misleading demo requests, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the Harry Llama and Lucid North names, logos, text, graphics, charts, and research summaries, belong to Lucid North, LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site freely, but you may not reproduce or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.

No warranty

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the information here accurate and current, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including estimates produced by the ROI calculator, which are illustrations based on the inputs you provide, not guarantees of savings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid North, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. When we do, we will post the revised terms here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
